Widely recognized as the First Senior Female Cyclist of Jammu & Kashmir, Mehak has broken barriers and established herself as one of the region’s most accomplished female athletes. Her sporting journey reflects years of dedication, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

In cycling, she has achieved remarkable success, winning State Gold Medals in Cycling in 2022 and 2025, along with three District Gold Medals in Baramulla. She secured Gold Medals in Inter-College Cycling, Jhelum Cycle Rally (2023 & 2024), Cycle Expedition Baramulla to Kaman Post, and Pedal Against Drugs events. She proudly represented Jammu & Kashmir at the 28th and 30th National Road Cycling Championships, achieved 10th Position at the HCL Cyclothon Chennai 2025, and secured 12th and 13th Positions in the Khelo India Women's Cycling League 2026.

Her achievements extend far beyond cycling. Mehak is also a talented athlete, winning District Gold Medals and a State Silver Medal in Athletics, demonstrating her versatility and determination.

In martial arts, she earned an Inter-College Gold and Bronze Medal in Judo, a Khelo India Bronze Medal in Judo, an All India Inter-University Silver Medal in Qwan-Ki-Do, and an Inter-College Gold Medal in Qwan-Ki-Do.

As a winter sports athlete, Mehak successfully completed Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Skiing Courses through Kashmir University and achieved a Bronze Medal at the Khelo India Winter Games 2025, Inter-College Silver Medal in Skiing, and Gold Medals in Chinar Winter Games 2023 & 2024.

Her achievements have earned her several prestigious recognitions, including the Young Achievers Award in Sports (2021), an Appreciation Award by the Deputy Commissioner Baramulla (2023), and recognition from Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha during the 79th Cycle Rally from Bandipora to Srinagar.
