Alishba has successfully represented India at the World Championship and Asian Championship in Pencak Silat, showcasing exceptional talent, discipline, and determination. Among her greatest accomplishments is winning a Bronze Medal at the World Championship in Dubai, bringing pride to the nation and to Jammu & Kashmir.
Her remarkable sporting journey also includes being selected for the Asian Games to represent India, a recognition of her elite performance and dedication. She was further honored with an Appreciation Letter from Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for her achievements and representation of the country.
Throughout her career, Alishba has dominated Pencak Silat competitions at district, UT, national, and international levels. She secured Gold Medals in the 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th District Championships, Gold Medals in the 8th and 9th UT Championships, and Gold at the Khelo India Women’s Pencak Silat League. She is also a Gold Medalist in the Federation Cup (Ladakh) 2024 & 2025, All India Championship, and Pencak Silat Nationals (Kashmir).
Her achievements further include a Silver Medal at the National Pencak Silat Championship in Bihar, Silver Medals at Khelo India Women’s League Junior Nationals and Delhi Edition, and a Bronze Medal at the 1st Beach Games, Daman & Diu (2024–25).
Beyond sports, Alishba has earned recognition as a Guest of Honour at Khelo India Women’s League and has received multiple appreciation letters from organizations and dignitaries, including CTC Lethpora, SSP Tanveer Jillani, and the Kindness Towards Humanity Foundation, Srinagar, for her sporting achievements and contributions to society.
Her talent extends beyond martial arts. In theatre, she was a Winner of the DPS Srinagar Theatre Fest (Street Play) in 2024 and 2025. She has also achieved success in Thang-Ta, winning multiple gold medals and becoming a national medalist, while also earning titles as a State Champion in Wushu and District Champion in Kickboxing.
Adding to her diverse accomplishments, Alishba is a 3-Time Inter-School Relay Race Gold Medalist, has participated in Model United Nations (MUN) conferences, and has appeared in short films and a documentary with renowned filmmaker Rohit Shetty.

Alishba Fatima Jillani is an internationally recognized martial artist and one of Jammu & Kashmir’s most accomplished young athletes. Having represented India at the World Championship, Asian Championship, and selected for the Asian Games, she has earned numerous national and international medals in Pencak Silat while also excelling in theatre, athletics, leadership activities, and other martial arts disciplines.
