One of her most significant accomplishments came when she won a Silver Medal at the National Road Cycling Championship 2025 held in Puri, Odisha, competing against some of the country's finest cyclists. This achievement brought pride not only to Kishtwar but to the entire Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.

Sadiya's consistent performances have also earned her the distinction of being a Two-Time State Champion, highlighting her dominance and excellence at the state level. Her sporting achievements further include winning a Gold Medal in the Pedal for Peace Cycling Event, demonstrating both athletic ability and the spirit of unity and sportsmanship.

As an athlete associated with the prestigious National Centre of Excellence (NCOE) program, Sadiya continues to receive advanced training and development opportunities, strengthening her potential to compete at higher national and international levels.
