Her most historic achievement came when she became the first female cyclist from Jammu & Kashmir to represent the Union Territory at the 38th National Games, a milestone that marked a proud moment for the sporting community of J&K.

Her journey to the national stage has been built on years of hard work and consistent performance. Ulfat secured 1st Place in the Selection Trials, demonstrating her exceptional ability and determination to compete at the highest level. She has also earned a Gold Medal and a Silver Medal at the State Level, along with numerous medals and victories in district-level competitions.

Among her notable accomplishments is winning the Bronze Medal in the Baramulla to Uri 75-Kilometre Cycling Race, a demanding event that highlighted her endurance, strength, and competitive spirit. Further recognizing her dedication to the sport, she received the Lieutenant Governor's Award for successfully completing 79 kilometres on the occasion of the 79th Independence Day, an achievement that reflects her commitment and resilience.

In addition to her major accomplishments, Ulfat has been crowned champion in numerous local cycling races, consistently proving her talent and determination.
