Salika has built an extraordinary record of success at a young age, demonstrating excellence in multiple fields. As an athlete, she is a 31-Time State Gold Medalist across various sporting disciplines. Her national achievements include becoming a National Gold Medalist in Wushu, a Two-Time National Bronze Medalist in Wushu, a National Gold Medalist in Pencak Silat, and a Two-Time National Silver Medalist in Ice Stock.

Beyond sports, Salika has established herself as one of the region's most accomplished young speakers and debaters. She is a 16-Time Gold Medalist in Debates and Speeches, a Four-Time MUN Best Delegate Awardee, recipient of the State Speaker's Award (1st Position), and winner of a National-Level Speaking Competition. Her talent and leadership also earned her selection for an International Model United Nations Conference in Istanbul, representing youth aspirations on a global platform.

Her achievements have been further recognized through multiple honors, including being a Four-Time Youngest Women Achievers Award Recipient, highlighting her influence as a role model for young people.
