She has served as the captain of the Kashmir Kho-Kho team on three occasions, demonstrating experience in both competition and team leadership. Her Kho-Kho achievements include a State Gold Medal.
Alongside Kho-Kho, Saniya has participated in several other sports, showcasing her versatility as an athlete. In Athletics, she has secured a District Gold Medal in the 200-metre event.
